Looking for a room!

Hey! I'm a mature student in my 2nd year of studying Dance at University. I'd be more than happy with a single bed although do love to have some wiggle room. Alongside university I'm also assisting Dance classes every Saturday - because of this throughout the week I'm often at uni or working in the day so would like to find somewhere cheap so I'm not paying an arm and a leg if Im not spending too much time in the house. Before university I was self-employed as a painter and decorator so happy to offer some work in exchange for a reduction in rent, or if you pay for materials and we can find sometime happy to just give your (or ours, perhaps?) home a fresh touch up :)
I'm easy-going and keep tidy, I do enjoy a night out here and there (as long as I can dance to the music!) but my main priority is my job + studies.
