Hi! I’m a university student starting a full-time industrial placement in London, working near Southwark/London Bridge (SE1). I’m looking for a short-term room as a bridge before moving into a student accommodation contract that starts in September.

What I’m looking for:

Dates: End of June 2026 → Early September 2026 (approx. 3 months; flexible by a few days on either end can be for 13 months if applicable)

Budget: up to £300/week (bills included)

I can stretch to £350/week only if it’s walkable (~15 mins) to the office

Room type: En-suite preferred, but a shared bathroom is fine if the home is clean and well-managed

Furnished: ideally yes

Bills included: yes (utilities + Wi-Fi)

Areas/commute

I’m prioritising places with an easy commute to SE1: Bermondsey, Canada Water/Surrey Quays, Elephant & Castle, Borough, London Bridge, Southwark, Rotherhithe and nearby areas (SE1/SE16/SE17). Open to other locations if the commute is straightforward.

About me

I’m tidy, respectful and reliable — I keep shared spaces clean, I’m considerate with noise, and I’m prompt with rent. I’ll be working full-time during weekdays. Friendly and sociable, but I also value a calm home.
