Looking for a room to rent

Need decent windows in room and a table suitable suitable for daily work on laptop with a monitor. Bed size comfortable with either single or double the two above requirements are more important. about myself friendly, quiet and respectful to others.

I will prefer places with Live Out landlord and bills included.
