Hi! We’re a couple of young working professionals (NHS & Admin) looking for a one bedroom flat to call home long-term. 1yr+
Our weekdays are pretty structured; work, gym, home… so the flat will be well cared for and peacefully lived in. No kids, no pets, no parties… just two reliable tenants who treat a place like it’s their own.
• Budget: £1,200–£1,500 pcm including bills
• Good transport links
• 1-bed flat preferred (studio considered if kitchen is separate)
We’re looking to move by the beginning of april, but flexible, and happy to provide references if needed.
