Looking for a room / buddy-up

I’m Megan, 29, and I work as a research fellow.

I’m looking for either a room in an existing flat or someone to buddy up and find a 2-bed together. I’m aiming to move towards the end of April but I am flexible!

Budget: around £1200 including bills, but I could stretch a bit for the right place.

About me: I’m friendly, easy going, clean and tidy and I really value a home that feels calm, cosy and lived in. I work mostly normal hours and in the evenings I’m usually cooking, unwinding, or seeing friends. I love a good chat, the odd dinner or wine night, and a bit of trash TV, but I’m also very respectful of space and downtime.
