I’m looking to buddy up with someone to rent a nice, modern 2-bed flat in East London.
A bit about me: I’m a cancer researcher working at the Wellcome Sanger Institute (PhD, Cambridge). Outside of work I’m very into sports and fitness and also work part-time as a personal trainer. I don’t drink, I’m pretty health-focused, and generally live a calm, tidy, and structured lifestyle. I’m social and friendly, but also value my own space and a relaxed home atmosphere.
What I’m looking for:
• Someone easy-going, respectful, and clean
• Ideally also working full-time
• Happy with a long-term setup (12 months+)
The flat:
• 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms
• Preferably modern & furnished
• Areas: Canary Wharf, Stratford, Hackney, Walthamstow, or East London with good transport (bonus if near the M11)
• Budget flexible for the right place
• Move-in: ASAP
