Looking for 1-2 people to rent with in Sheffield

Hey!

Nice to meet you, I’m moving to Sheffield with work for the next two years or so. I'm looking to rent a 2 or 3 bed apartment in Soho Yard, and was hoping to find some others to split the rent with. The apartments look incredible, and when split 2 or 3 ways comes to around £650 per person, which I think is very affordable. Soho Yard is really modern, with co-working spaces, an on-site gym, communal areas and a games room al included in the price. Compared to the other options I've seen, it's a really good deal!

A little about me: I’m a 27 year old projects engineer from Worcester. I love pretty much anything outdoors and anything active, hoping for lots of climbing while in Sheffield! I have lived in lots of different and interesting places, and love to travel when I can. As I’ve moved about I’ve lived in lots of different accommodations with people from all over, so at this point I hope I’m pretty good to live with 🎉

Other selling points:
I have a car (think weekends in the peaks)
I am a middling cook who’s occasionally great and likes to share the good stuff 🍜
I’m pretty clean and tidy

Major downsides:
I don’t have a dog.
