Looking for a room or buddy up

I’m karan and I’m looking for a room and/or a flatmate to buddy up ideally find a 2 bed anywhere in north, north east or east London. I ideally a room which has place for a desk, as I work from home. My only preferences are someone who is clean and tidy and a lot of natural light in the house and room.
My budget is between 950 and 1100 (max) for rent.

A little bit about me: I’m from India and moved here in 2024 to do my masters in climate change from the uni of sussex and moved to London around 6 months ago and now work as an energy consultant. Besides that I’m a decent cook, I like to run and socialise (but also understand the importance of downtime and personal space) and don’t have any pets (unfortunately).

I’m open to meet for a coffee or do house viewings over the weekends or post 6pm on weekdays to discuss details.
