I am currently looking for a 2–3 month rental with an official tenancy agreement preferred. I’m hoping to move in soon and am flexible within central and West London, particularly in the following areas:
Preferred locations:
Bermondsey station (first choice)
London Bridge / Tower Bridge
Waterloo
Barbican
Hammersmith
West Kensington
Baker Street
Paddington
Kentish town
Anywhere well connected via the Piccadilly line
A good environment and safe neighbourhood are very important to me.
My Requirements:
• Clean and well-maintained bathroom
• Ensuite preferred (budget up to £1400 bills included)
• If sharing a bathroom, budget up to £1000 bills included
• If sharing, I would prefer to share with one female
• If 2B2B, female household
• Windows must open properly and not be draft-free
• Washing machine with dryer function
• Quiet, respectful, and communicative living environment
I am tidy, considerate, and easy to live with. I usually wear headphones when listening to music and rarely play anything out loud. I enjoy reading, drawing, writing, going to exhibitions, and exploring the city.
