Large light spacious back facing room

I’m a mature, professional woman working full-time from home in the health-tech space. I’m quiet, clean, respectful and sociable, but value a calm, tidy home. I don’t drink or smoke and often travel for work (3–4 days every couple of weeks, plus international trips every 2 months).

I’m looking for a super clean, spacious, light-filled double room/flat with good natural light, ideally an en-suite bathroom, not essential. Garden facing. Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement only
