Moving south for work

Currently own my own house in Nottingham but am looking to rent a place for roughly a year somewhere just north of London so I can get to work in the city easier but also travel home occasionally to see family.

Easy going, only really looking to share with 1 other person.

I work for myself so I would like to set up an office space at home but will also be on the road through the week too.

I do have a dog who would stay every other week for a week at a time too, she a softy & love other people & dogs 🐶
