I am a male working professional and will be starting a full-time position at the University of Exeter from 1st May. I am looking to move in from 1st May and am seeking suitable accommodation. I am tidy, responsible, and a non-smoker.

I am looking for a single or double room. I am available to move from 01/05/2026 and have a budget of £550pcm. I would like to share with males or females of any age.
