Firstly am 35 & my other half is 36 we're both looking for a double room

budget - £500 to £700 a month ( we don't do Deposit's so if you are that type of person requires then - simply Jog a long & don't waste my time day or effort in having to read you're lazy message )

we're both meat lovers steaks burgers Bacon Pork Chicken etc so we are not willing to live in a Vegan house hold which is more then enough of a reason & doesn't need any further explaining.

I work from Home & live streams Video games for a living & enjoys car's Football beer's Laughs & banter & does extremely long hours up to 10 hours at a time & yes am not quite either.

my other half is also my assistant & does a lot of running around between Tasks & also loves making TikTok's planes computer games & making YouTube videos ( does make a banging cheesy pasta as well )

the type of house hold we are looking for is someone who isn't a complete Tool & not a show off & shows manners at all times.

We would also require WIFI & I only use Ethernet which means the router would need to placed close by & ideally we would want it unfurnished
