First of all we are not a couple, both have our own partners.

It would be ideal to be able to walk to town centre and the station

We both enjoy a friendly and sociable house environment and love activities and sports.

We take pride in keeping communal areas clean and accommodating.

I enjoy going out but am dedicated to my job during the week.

I love going to the gym and working out but also geeking out about nerdy things also added bonus I’m great at fixing **** around the house. I broke my ACL last winter but hope to get back to climbing in the coming months

We come with air-fryer, 2 sofa and 1 sofa bed 2 3d printers, 2 desks and chairs (one spare for communal wfh) cool lamps. Possibly a washing machine if wanted (brand new). All can be sold or stored at my parents if needed.

We both have a car so would like parking options.
