Searching for accommodation and/or roommate

Hello,

I am a professional woman working in healthcare, looking for an accommodation ideally for the next year or two, possibly a little longer. I would like to find either a studio/private accommodation, or else to share with 1-2 other people maximum, ideally female.

I would like a space that is quiet, feels safe (ex: if it is shared accommodation, locks on bedroom doors), is clean and smoke-free. Would also prefer own private bathroom/ensuite. Ideal location is in Kesgrave, near the community centre, or else in the area around Ipswich Hospital and/or within walking distance of the route 66/66a bus. My maximum budget is 600/month inclusive (ie; no extra bills that will set me over-budget).
