Looking for 1 bedroom with flexibility on dates

Hi! I’m starting a new job in data and ai, and looking for a quiet, comfortable room where I can settle in and focus on work during the week.

I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I value a calm home environment and am mindful of shared spaces. I’m sociable and always up for a chat, but I also appreciate everyone having their own space.

I’m a big sports fan — especially rugby, football, cricket, and tennis — but no worries at all if sport isn’t your thing! I’m equally happy in a house with mixed interests.

Ideally, I’m looking for a relaxed household that’s friendly, tidy, and considerate.
