Hi, I’m a 48-year-old self-employed IT contractor with ongoing contracts in the tech sector.
I’m quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. I value a calm, clean home environment and am easy to get along with. I tend to keep a regular routine and appreciate a relaxed household.

I’m looking to move in ASAP and have a budget of up to £575 per week. Ideally seeking somewhere well-maintained with a garden, washings facilities and comfortable. Open to long-term.
