Request for Room Rental with Tenancy Agreement
Dear sir/ma,
I hope you are well.
I am currently looking to rent a room (not to far from SE1 6SB, Elephant and Castle).
I require a property with a proper tenancy agreement, as this is important for council documentation purposes. I am a responsible and reliable tenant, and I can provide any necessary references or documents upon request.
Additionally, after securing the room, I may occasionally invite my wife to visit me. She does not currently live in the UK, and her visits would be temporary only. I want to be transparent about this in advance to ensure it is acceptable under the tenancy terms.
