Professional female seeking a room

I'm a 53 year old lady looking for a place to stay in the south. I'm Director of a medical diagnostics company. I need a house share or room to rent in or near Alresford from the end of march/early April. I'm a clean, tidy, non smoker and merely need a furnished place with space to park. I will be out every day and rarely need to work from 'home'. Every week or two I will need to travel to newcastle for a few days at a time. I am very happy to help out where I can with shopping, giving lifts, household chores etc.
I like classical and Jazz music (and a bit of 80's 90's pop! -dont judge me!!) I love eating out, films and walking. I'm fine with animals have no allergies and I'm very easy going!
