Irish guy 29 | looking for a place in east London

Hey!

I'm a 29 year year old Irish guy moving back to London after spending the last few months in Dublin. I'm currently doing last round interviews for a role in finance so expecting be in the office 3 / 4 days a week.

I'm really into food (enjoy cooking for housemates), music (messing around with friends in a band) and cinema. I've lived in London for the last 7 years so have a decent friend group but still like the idea of somewhere that is sociable and friendly.

I come with a rice cooker, slow cooker, coffee machine, BBQ and more pots and pans than you could need, which I guess is a bit of a perk!

Flexible on dates and location but ideally somewhere in Highbury and Islington (ideally not up Holloway direction) or in Hackney. My budget is up to £1,250 and would ideally like to live in a house of 3 / 4
