Clean, quiet and professional

Hi, my name is Nariman. I’m 34 years old and currently working as a Engineer on the big project.

I work full-time and usually do around 10 hours a day. I wake up early (around 5:30am) and I’m normally back home around 7pm. After that, I usually go to the gym and return around 10pm. During the week I’m very quiet and focused on work.

I’m clean, tidy, organised and respectful of shared spaces. I don’t smoke and I don’t host parties. I can also provide references from my previous landlords if required.

I’m looking for a home with other professionals who work during the week and prefer a quiet and respectful environment.

My budget is between £800–£1000 per month, depending on the room and location.
