I do also live with chronic pain meaning finding flexible work is essential yet, oh so difficult. Your rent would be absolutely guaranteed from Southend council and myself and could be if preferred, paid directly to yourself. I can also provide a working guarantor. All my family and friends are local as I’ve grown up and lived in Leigh on sea my entire life.
I have been served a section 21 from my current landlord, the property needs completely rewiring meaning it’s technically now condemned hence my urgency.
