We are a professional full-time working couple looking to move around 1 April (flexible). One of us would stay 2–3 nights per week due to work, with one main resident. We have no pets and do not smoke indoors.
Our requirements are :
• Property suitable for a couple
• a joint tenancy can be issued in both names, or an official letter confirming one of us as an additional occupier.
• at minimum 12-month contract.
