Hiya! I am a 36 year old full time graduate student seeking a furnished room in Cardiff from Mid/Late April onward. I am quiet, clean, friendly, considerate and responsible tenant. I don’t have a UK guarantor but I am fully funded on loans, I can prove this, and can pay 3 months up front on move in, provide excellent credit report, and provide rental history and rental references for the UK and US.
