Quiet male seeking room close to my kids - Harlow

I’m currently looking for a room to rent in the Harlow area as I’ve recently relocated to be closer to my children and their mums.

I’m on Universal Credit at present due to being on sick leave from work, but I’m planning to return to employment as soon as I’m settled. I can provide proof of income and a deposit if required.

I’m quiet, respectful, and tidy. I have no pets, have never smoked and do not drink. I will spend most of my time either working or with my children (who will not be staying at the property), so I’m a low-impact housemate and certainly not someone who parties or causes disruption.
