Looking for a third year uni home

Hi there! I’m looking for a place to call home during my third year studying psychology at York St John university (commencing September 2026). Ideally in York city centre, as I adore being able to make the most of all the city has to offer. Laundry facilities and bills included would be great but not essential, as would a female rather than male flat/house mate. I’d love to live with someone I can really get on well with and form a friendship, however I’d also be completely understanding and respectful if you’d rather we keep to ourselves. Enjoying my own company is not something I struggle with. Generally, I am extremely clean and tidy, sometimes to an unnecessary extent, mess or disorganisation is not something I do well with so of course would ensure any maintenance was kept on top of. Also, I don’t tend to go out and party at night very much (if ever)- a quiet night in would definitely be my preference. Above all, I mostly value respect for those around me and my environment, so can happily coexist with anyone at all, provided those things are prioritised :)
