I’m ideally looking for something long-term in the Battersea/SW area or close to a well-connected station. Being within a 5-minute walk to a gym would be a huge plus.

My budget is £1,200 including bills. I’m financially stable, organised with payments, and genuinely easy to live with. I enjoy my own space but also love the occasional pub, gig (I’m a singer, so live music is always a yes 🎶), or cosy Netflix and wine night 🍷

It would be lovely to be friends as well as flatmates — I’m looking for somewhere that feels like home, not just a room.
