Hi I am Rob, I am 29 (hitting the big 3 - 0 imminently) and looking for a new living situation to meet my needs as I progress into the next phase of my life.
I have been living in London for the past 3.5 years, living in Finsbury Park area (which I love) in a large 5 person house. Whilst I enjoyed the busy & social environment I am now looking for a more quiet & calm set up to suit my routine.

Work - I go into the office (Battersea) most days where I work as a design engineer in the consumer appliances sector.
