Reliable, tidy tenant – long term

I have recently been granted refugee status and am now settling in the UK. I am a respectful, tidy and responsible person who values a peaceful and clean home environment.
Although I do not yet have UK rental references, I am fully committed to paying rent on time. I receive Universal Credit (housing element) and can provide proof of entitlement and official documentation if required.
I am looking for a stable, long-term home and would treat the property with genuine care and respect. I am easygoing, considerate and mindful of others’ space.
