House share in South Manchester

Hi, I’m Louis, 28, and I work as a manager at an accounting firm in Manchester city centre. I’m in the office most weekdays, so I’m usually out during the day and like coming back to a place that feels relaxed and easy to live in.

I’m friendly, social, and clean, and I’m ideally looking for a shared flat or house in South Manchester. I enjoy having a chat, watching something together, or the odd drink, but I’m also respectful of people’s space. A social house would be great, though it’s not a complete dealbreaker.

Outside of work I like to keep busy, especially at weekends — football, running, golf, padel, and getting out with friends, whether that’s staying active or heading to the pub.
My budget is up to £1,000 per month, and I’m ideally looking to move in during March/April (flexible for the right place). I’m easygoing, tidy, and I’m looking for a place where everyone gets on and feels comfortable at home.
