In search of a lovely double room with nice people

I’m looking for a lovely double bed room in a property with nice people who are not total strangers to one another.
I am an art therapist who likes to be creative through art, music, crafts and cooking.
I’m not looking for a place to just live, but a place I can call a home.
Something cosy and safe.
I would like a place where I can connect with my flatmates from time to time. Equally, I love having my own space.
My must haves area:
A decent sized double room with more room than just the bed
A shared living space
Flatmates that like to engage and it is not a property where everyone are strangers
