34F Professional looking to buddy up 2 bed

Hi! I’m 34, work in law (hybrid) and also teach Pilates on the side. I’m into all things wellness and the gym and generally like to keep active. I usually have a couple of plans at the weekend but nothing wild, as I value my downtime too. I enjoy the occasional night out, but I’m not bringing the party home.

I’m looking to team up for a 2 bed, ideally 2 bath, and create a home that’s clean, calm and nicely put together. I’m house-proud and quite big on hygiene, not obsessive, but I don’t want to live in chaos. I’d happily split the cost of a regular cleaner if that makes life easier.

I’d love to live with someone friendly and easygoing, happy to chat or share a glass of wine now and then, but also comfortable having our own routines and space.

I’ve got a small Maltipoo who’s nearly 6, very well behaved, doesn’t shed and used to flat living, so ideally somewhere with a bit of outdoor space for her.

Would suit another professional who’s tidy, considerate and values a well-kept home.
