Looking for a Friendly Female Flatmate/Share :)

I'm a second year student from Sheffield in Manchester, my tenancy ends in July, just downsizing to be in a smaller space. My maximum budget is £700-800/PCM including bills and I am looking to move into a female shared space/ buddy up between July and September "26.
I work part-time alongside studying, absolutely thrive socially, as well as staying active and productive. I love going to a bar or pub etc. equally love a night in to watch shows, gossip and drink wine ;) and definitely not opposed to a good gym session or coffee morning.
I'm very, very tidy and also love to cook. Would be a bonus to live with someone chatty, kind, tidy, respectful and up for a good laugh, rather than just co-existing and would like to create a homely space. Also respecting each other's privacy and independent chill time!
