Seeking new flat/flatmates

Hi. I'm Jess, 28, and I am a working professional. I have lived alone for a long time but I am open to finding someone lovely to share with (en suite room). I am going to move between 21st-30th March as my current tenancy is ending.

I am seeking either:
-1/2 bedroom apartment (solo)
- 2/3 bedroom apartment shared

I don't mind furnished/unfurnished. Preferably reasonably spacious.

Preferred areas: Deansgate/Spinningfields/Salford Quays/Salford

Would be nice but not dealbreakers: Balcony, decent gym within the building/nearby

About me: I am a full time secondary school teacher and also work within the bar/music scene. I am quite laid back personality wise but value cleanliness and tidiness. I am friendly and sociable however due to my busy schedule I do value quality time to rest and recover but would be nice to do things with my flatmate/s when time permits and particularly if our interests align! Must be respecful of each others belongings/good at communicating in order to sort bills etc.
