Looking for a new home

Hi,
I'm 52 and currently renting my own flat in Sutton area but need to find a a new home as my rent is being increased by £300 on 30th March. I would like to stay in Sutton but will also consider Cheam, Carshalton and Morden too (basically SM postcodes). I'm currently in receipt of Universal Credit and am currently unfit for work (on lwrca) but want to change that and get on with my life. I have savings too so can afford to pay my way. I don't spend all day watching TV or putting the heating on during the day. I gave up alcohol 3 years ago and don't smoke. I have to give 1 months notice to landlord and utilities to vacate my flat. Would like to move by 1st May if possible. I'm open minded and think I get on with most people. I love pets so cats and dogs are not an issue. Not a party person, more relaxed get to know you sort of person. I used to do flatshares before getting a rented flat so I know how to be respectful of other people's space etc and used to do houseshares before that. Would like my next move to feel like a home and not just renting a room somewhere.
I have my own smart tv but tend to stick with what's on freeview. I like to read, go for walks and am part of a community in Sutton who do bookclub, pub quizzes, board games, cinema trips and quarterly Soup Kitchen for fundraising. Would prefer to share with another female but am open to share with others.
