Hi, I’m a professional business owner relocating to Bolton for work and lifestyle reasons.
I run my own UK-based company and work mostly from my laptop during the day. I’m quiet, disciplined and keep to myself — not a party person. I don’t smoke or drink and live a structured routine (gym, work, early nights).
I’m looking for: • Clean and tidy property
• Ideally en-suite
• Walking distance to David Lloyd or central Bolton
• Good WiFi (important for work)
• Respectful household
• Flexible or 6-month+ arrangement
I’m financially stable, can provide references if needed, and I pay rent on time. I’m looking for somewhere calm where I can focus on work and training.
