Hi, I’m James.

I’m 50 and moving back to London after spending some time working remotely in Somerset. I work for a UK food startup. It’s remote at the moment, but I’m looking forward to being back in London and settling into more of a hybrid routine again by going into the office.

I’m easygoing and self-sufficient, I keep things tidy and always pay rent and bills on time. I’m used to living considerately with others and value a relaxed, respectful home environment.

Most of my spare time now goes into building an e-commerce brand and keeping active. I play a bit of piano now and then, usually with headphones or at a sensible volume.

I’m not looking for a party house just somewhere calm, friendly and comfortable.

Great references available and move in date flexible.
