Professional working in construction seeking room

Hi,

I’m a full-time professional working in the construction industry, based around Epsom and surrounding areas. I’m self-employed with stable income and regular working hours (usually out during the day).

I’m looking for a clean, quiet and comfortable room in a professional household. Ideally within walking distance to Epsom station or with parking available.

About me:

• Clean and tidy
• Respectful of shared spaces
• Easy-going and friendly
• Usually busy with work during weekdays

I’m looking for a long-term stay (6 months+ ideally) but flexible if needed. I can move in soon and can provide references if required.
