Looking for a room from March!

Hi! I’m a film graduate working full-time in events (WFH most of the time but have multiple meetings around London), and I’m looking for a double room from March onwards (flexible on dates). I’d love to find a friendly household where we can hang out, occasionally watch a film or cook together, while also having and respecting our own space. I’m very clean, tidy and considerate, and I really enjoy making my space feel warm and welcoming. My budget is £950 bills included, and I’m ideally looking around New Cross Gate, Surrey Quays, Shadwell, Shoreditch and surrounding areas, but I’m open-minded on location.
