Searching for Double Room - pets must be allowed

I’m looking for a new place to rent and thought I’d put a post out in case the right home (or the right person to buddy up with) is on here.

What I’m looking for:

Ideally a pet-friendly studio or 1-bed flat, preferably around KT1, but I’m genuinely open to nearby areas too if it’s a good fit and makes life a bit easier. I’m also happy to consider a house share as long as it’s the right vibe and pets are welcome.

Non-negotiable: animals allowed.
Move-in: ASAP.

A bit about me:

I’m a working professional and I’m relocating mainly because my current commute is taking up a lot of time and energy. I’m pretty calm and chilled, respectful of people’s space, and easy to live with. I like keeping things tidy, I’m reliable with rent and bills, and I’m basically looking for a place that feels peaceful to come home to.
