Professional for a Double Room - Zone 2

Hi, I’m Fabrice, 28, work as an architect for a small company in south London .

I’ve been in London for about four years, and I’m now looking for a new place to call home.

I’m easy-going, social and clean, and I come with a small collection of houseplants. I’m looking for a double room in Zone 2, either north or south London

I cycle most places, so somewhere with a garden or secure bike storage would be ideal. My routine’s pretty consistent, in the office during the week, with usually something on in the evenings, but I appreciate a calm home to come back to.

I’m looking for a place that feels welcoming and considerate, where everyone’s mindful of each other’s space and downtime. I’m very generous with my time when it comes to cleaning and keeping shared areas nice.

I’m fairly open on location; the right household matters more than the exact postcode, though good transport links are always a bonus.
