Looking for a double room, open to buddy-up

Hi all,

I'm a civil engineer working in central London most days (with the occasional home working day), keeping fairly regular hours (up around 6:30am, winding down by 9:30pm), so ideally looking for someone with similar hours or who's considerate about noise in the evenings/mornings. I love cooking and make good use of the kitchen – always happy to share recipes or the occasional meal! I'm tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and am looking for somewhere to relax, hang out and chat, rather than just a place to sleep. Good rail transport connections to the rest of the city are essential! (<12min walk to station/s)

Outside of work, I'm into art (mostly appreciation but I draw a bit too) and generally exploring London, so certainly open to flatmates up for a gallery trip and getting some food out. I also play ultimate frisbee, and always have a book on the go.
Budget of ~£950pm. Ideally with bills in that but not essential.
