Short Term Let in SE London

I’m a clean, tidy and respectful professional in my mid-40s, currently on assignment in London and looking to be closer to the office for the next few months.

Ideally, I’m hoping to find a whole flat or house for a short-term let (minimum 1 month, ideally around 3 months), but I’d consider a house/flatshare if the place feels like a comfortable and relaxed environment sharing with a maximum of one other working professional. An ensuite room would be an added bonus but not a deal-breaker.

Desired locations: SE London - ideally anywhere around Brockley, Hither Green, Greenwich, Blackheath, Forest Hill, or Sydenham, but open to neighbouring areas. Closer to town, will consider SE postcodes between Rotherhithe and London Bridge.

A few essentials for me:
- Furnished
- Access to a kitchen with crockery/pots etc
- Washing machine, ideally within the property or main building if a flat
- Reliable high-speed internet / WiFi

I’m quiet, considerate and very house-proud. I will treat your home as if it were my own. If you’re travelling, I’d be more than happy to water plants or look after a cat while you’re away, if needed.
