Room Wanted-Birmingham City Centre – Professional

I’m a 46-year-old professional relocating to Birmingham for a new full-time city centre role.

I’m looking for a clean, quiet en-suite room for approximately 6–12 months while I settle into the position and make longer-term family arrangements.

• Very tidy and respectful of shared spaces
• Early starts, quiet evenings

I’m looking for somewhere calm and well maintained — more a professional base than a social house-share. I’ll be working during the day and keeping things low-key in the evenings.

Ideally within walking distance of Birmingham city centre or with good transport links.
