Dog-Friendly Room Wanted Near Aberystwyth

Hello, hope you are well - and thank you for reading.

I am looking for dog-friendly accommodation in and around Aberystwyth (~4 Miles), as I'm moving to be closer to my workplace.

I am an IT Professional working full-time on a hybrid basis.

My dog is a Cavapoo, just over a year old - fully house and crate trained and used to being left alone for reasonable periods (not left all day). He has a friendly chill temperament and is happy living with or without other dogs (he currently lives with one).

We are more than happy to meet up with you before any agreement so you get to know us and see his temperament (I'm sure he'd love to meet you! 😊 ).

Ideally we are looking for a house / flatshare to help with costs. I am happy to live with students or professionals, preferably (but not a game changer) at least another professional so we can split council tax. I also have a car so parking nearby is preferable, but again not essential.

I am a tidy and responsible flatmate and can provide references from my current accommodation. I am ready to move from the 1st March 2026, and have until the end of July 2026 to move out.
