Full-Time Professional 31F Seeking House Share

Hi, I’m Tara, 31, originally from Australia and living in Cornwall since last year. I work full-time as a nanny in Marazion. I’m also training to become a swim teacher, and will be teaching a couple of days a week from April.

I’m looking for a calm, friendly house share in Penzance. I’m clean, tidy and respectful, and I really value a relaxed home where everyone pulls their weight and feels comfortable in the space. I enjoy being sociable — the occasional shared dinners, movie nights or a cup of tea by the fire — but I also appreciate quiet evenings and personal space.

I’m quite active and love coastal walks, swimming, yoga and getting outdoors. I’m very much past the party phase and am looking for somewhere settled and long-term. I’m reliable with rent and can provide references if needed.

I also absolutely love animals, so pets are a bonus!
