Looking for LGBT friendly flat

Hey, I'm looking to move this spring, and I'm ideally looking for an LGBT/trans friendly flat. I'm into art, cooking, music, being in nature, lots of things really. I volunteer for a charity some days and work in a restaurant/bar other days, so my weeks can vary in terms of the hours that I'm around, some weeks I might not be in much. I'm quite a tidy person, but I'm not fussy if other people aren't. I'm ideally looking for somewhere friendly and easy going, with a bit of a homely feeling about it, to be a nice base for the next year or so.
