Looking for an en-suite/ studio/ one bed flat

Hi there,
I’m currently looking for a calm and quiet place to call home. I’m a full-time engineering professional working office hours (8am-5pm), and I live a peaceful, low-key lifestyle. I’m very tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and take pride in keeping my place clean and well maintained.

Ideally, I’m looking for a studio or a place with a private en-suite. However, I’m also open to buddying up with someone like-minded who values a clean, quiet, and comfortable living environment.
