Professional Female Seeking Calm, Modern Home

I’m a friendly, considerate professional looking for a calm, modern, female preferred home in Tunbridge Wells (would consider mixed if there is 1 or 2 other females). I have lived alone in Tunbridge Wells for almost 5 years.

I work from home 3-4 days per week and sometimes work from London. The days I WFH will sometimes be from a local TW co-working space.

I do a lot of charity work with children and young people so my weekends tend to be active at least twice per month.

I keep a tidy space, and value a peaceful, respectful environment. I’m reliable, organised, and easy to live with, and I’m hoping to find a spacious room close to the station or town.
