I’m 42, recently separated and looking for a room to rent near my children to still be able to be fully involved. Ideally around the Woodley area.
I am a self employed plumber, I rent a garage locally so don’t require space for tools etc, but would prefer parking at the property, off road if possible.
An ensuite would be ideal but not essential. I won’t be at the property much during any day of the week due to work and family commitments, it will mainly be used for somewhere to sleep, so I should be an easy tenant! The room doesn’t need to be big, just some basic furnishings will be fine. An all inclusive price including bills etc would be preferred too. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
